I joined MR Woodbury in 1991. At that time there was a grass roots unit supporting the pharmaceutical industry. I participated in a key role to help develop a visible and successful business unit that today offers business solutions to a wide range of candidates and companies. I have achieved the level of Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM). This is the highest level of recognition within our organization. It is awarded to a limited number of individuals who complete extensive training and pass a comprehensive examination. My previous background includes an M.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations and a successful career in Human Resources management ranging in areas of responsibilities in Employee Relations, Compensation, Organizational Development, and Staffing.
Integrity and Respect. These are words that have special meaning to me. My knowledge of recruiting, qualifying talent, and negotiating win-win solutions for my candidates and clients has established me as a valued partner in business. My integrity allows me to clearly communicate the desired objectives of the employment process. I don't have hidden agendas. I recognize the potential impact of my influence on the job seeker. It is a responsibility that I take seriously. I treat people with respect and I am sensitive to their issues. I've been told that I am a creative thinker and that I can look at issues that may be "out of the box" to bring them in line with conventional wisdom to negotiate the best scenarios for candidates and clients.

I specifically support the pharmaceutical industry. I work primarily with intermediate level professionals to executive management. I seek specialists who know how to bring their acquired experiences to a new environment make immediate contributions.
