Steve Tobias has a unique background as a medical device recruiter as he was in the medical device industry in both successful Marketing and Sales capacities for 20 years prior to becoming a recruiter. He has personally worked with all corporate/company stakeholders and cross functional team members from product concept to commercialization. He has worked closely with each internal stakeholder one on one, so his understanding of each role a client needs to add to their team is a position Steve has a very deep understanding of and how it affects the organization as a whole.
Steve has successfully placed all levels of management and targeted staff in all sized companies – from the international market leaders, to medium sized, to smaller-sized and start-ups that will settle for nothing less than the very best talent in the medical device marketplace. His placements include both global and domestic positions for Vice Presidents, Directors, Senior Managers, Product and Marketing Managers, Principal Engineers and many others that help companies grow. His association with a total understanding of the client’s needs and finding the best candidates for the position enable his searches to continuously bring the right candidate to the right opportunity with the full approval of the client.
Steve has leveraged his strong industry knowledge of the customer and market needs to identify business opportunities. He has completed Master’s courses towards an MBA and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
